It has fun when you are trying to combine one quite under engineered software like PDQ with one like Jung2, which produces very impressive graphic representations but, in its first sight looks quite over engineered. I decided that, the very well done, 1.7.6 could provide enough help to my project since Jung2.0 is still in its alpha version and probably some changes will take place in the near future.
